The Search for the Truth

To the select few who wake-up and yearn for a higher calling. Who crave for meaning. Something bigger than themselves and stronger than their deaths.
Life is inherently meaningless.
Everything under the sun seems meaningless and futile. All so immaterial.
“Out out brief candle!
Life’s but a walking shadow, a poor player
That struts and frets his hour upon the stage
And then is heard no more. It is a tale
Told by an idiot, full of sound and fury,
Signifying nothing.”
This leaves us with void lives which we must attempt to fill with meaning. You are, by default, flesh and bones on a timer, and only your actions will fix that.
It is up to each of us to assign meaning to our lives, and that has been the great handicap to the meaning of life question, for each has his own, and no two meanings are the same.
Ignore the words of those who have not reached meaning themselves, and even the footsteps of the great should be tread cautiously. We are each on our own journey, and there is no formula for meaning.
If it is not true to you, then don't it.
If you follow the instructions of others, you will live the life they carved out for you instead of your own.
A stranger's concept of success for your life will fail to render any sense of accomplishment. Success as defined by others will feel foreign. Living a lie and living someone else’s life are almost one and the same.
Each of us must venture out into the world and find the truth that is bigger than ourselves.
But what is truth exactly?
Truth is that which exists with or without our consent.
Though we may be blind, truth stares us in the eyes. Ignorance will never suffice as a shelter.
Truth is that which exists independent of us and thus continues to exist outside of our time here on earth.
Therefore truth is the only medium in which we can continue to provide value across time and beyond the grave.
By tapping into that which exists outside of us, articulating it, and presenting it to humanity, we can continue to have an effect that outlives us and grows exponentially across time as it opens doors to new truths.
Truth is the all but self-consuming fire devouring all smoke that veils itself as solid. It ripples through existence, destroying what is not recognized as itself. And stronger and larger it becomes as each ever-growing cloud seeks to be reunited with the others.
It is like bubbles of water expanding, seeking to meet each other until there is no space left uninhabited.
All else will be swept away by the ever-growing tide of truth. Its waves grow larger and larger, consuming the shore.
Truth is the only sufficient foundation for humanity. It is the solid groundwork that can eternally support the building of human civilization.
Anything else will cease to be, and thus, anything built on top of it.
For how can you build on a perishing foundation? And a straw house though it may stand on solid rock, will fall prey to the wind.
Overcoming Ourselves
But how can the mortal give birth to the immortal?
How can we, who befog truth, seek to articulate it in its purest form? We are truth corrupted. We are the glass from which truth is darkly seen.
There is that which exists only as much as we exist—that which dies with us. The hidden lies of our heart, the figments of our mind, the fancies of our soul, but truth is constant and indestructible. It stands even when we refuse to let it stand.
If it obeys us, then it exists only as long as we want it to exist and thus ceases to exist with us.
A life of fallacy simply waits for its demise. Its existence is temporary, awaiting the flames of truth to wash over its straw construction. It is stagnant and only as alive as its creator, whose interaction with the universe ceases to exist the moment his heart resigns.
Truth will ripple across time and manifest itself ever larger. But fallacy shall end and its existence wiped from that which is made manifest.
All things must come to pass, but truth shall live forever.
We must uncover the truth within ourselves and set it free to manifest itself across time independent of us, and only then do we contribute something eternal from that which was temporary.
And what is more meaningful than that which is constant and perpetual?
Creative Revolution
Nothing else seems profitable besides the pursuit of truth. For our lives are a span of time to be forgotten. So why live at all if to live in vain? Why stand the tragedy of life if not to take the next step forward in humanity’s progress? Why pursue anything less than the immortality of our work?
What else is worth our time, gentlemen, besides creation?
I think it is the only answer in this overwhelming world.
To create.
How else are we supposed to keep up with all the information being thrown our way?
We must create.
We must unleash upon the world our hearts and minds.
We must share our feelings and thoughts.
All as arrows hoping to hit a target that gets people to say.
"Yes. That's exactly right."
We must leave behind something that helps people.
Our writing will usher in a new generation, and that may be laughed at now, but can you blame us for attempting such a high goal? Who is to say anyone would be capable? I don’t know, but we might as well try for what else is worth our time. Pickleball and Sunday brunches? 9-5s and corner offices?
Screw that. Its hell.
Let us instead transcend hell through our work.
Usher in truth that eliminates the fallacy of this world.
Everything is smoke, and everything is lies.
So let us create an antidote.
In the Bible, (Regardless of your religious views, it is the greatest articulation of meaning that exists and should not be cast out simply because of skepticism to its message) Jesus describes Himself as the way, the truth, and the life. Those three statements represent the embodiment of divinity. Jesus is truth. The truth that weaves itself through reality is divine. Whenever we search for truth, we search for the divine, and gentlemen, what else is worthwhile besides this?
What else will have a lasting effect?
Would Plato have had an impact today had he decided to be an architect? While certainly, he could have some; it would definitely be less impactful.
Let us all seek to add value to the world first and worry about paper later.
We are all slaves to paper, and the materialistic spirit of humanity has always been its most oppressive master. Never will it let us go, and never will it loosen its grip. It only gets stronger, and we all just try to fit somewhat comfortably in it.
Let us all live a life of creation instead of consumption.
A life of meaning greater than ourselves.
It truly does break my heart to see the world ignore anything of meaning because of paper. We are all so caught up in the simulation that we fail to realize that it’s all a joke, and we ourselves each control our own simulation.
Let us return to originality and novelty, where we may usher in a new era for humanity where we are no longer oppressed by the duties put on us but by the yoke put on by ourselves, which we volunteer to carry for the better good of humanity.
I do not know what lies ahead in this path of self-discovery that has led me so deep as this. The metaphysical world is as fluid as smoke. It moves from here to there without being touched and barely seen. I seek to explore this fog.
I seek to articulate the heavy fog that lies in my mind so that I may clear it for myself and others.
Allowing humanity to see further.
The truths I leave behind, I hope, serve as the foundation for the renovation of this hell and the general improvement of society, as have the truths before me.
For I stand on the consolidation of thousands of years of human expression.
And I plan to add to it.
And I hope, gentlemen, to further help you progress in your respective journeys toward meaning.
That we may all advance humanity further.
